Refund and Return

We always endeavour to supply the ordered products in good condition. Kindly verify that the item ordered by you is as per your requirement at the time of placing your order. We are unable to accept returns from customers under any circumstances other than manufacturing defects. In the unlikely event that the product is received with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we request you to inform us via email on hello@beatcurry.com or call us on +91 8850 852 694

Returns:

MERCHANDISE / MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS / EQUIPMENT

All items purchased on BeatCurry.com are non-returnable/ non-refundable. The only exception is made for products received in damaged or defective condition and this information is sent to us by e-mail within the stipulated period.

Please do not accept any packages which are damaged or tampered with. In such a case, please return the product to the courier delivery person immediately. All customers are requested to inform us of any wrongly delivered products, products damaged in transit and products with manufacturing defects within 48 hours from their delivery at the customer’s address. Claims beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

*Clearance products once sold cannot be returned or replaced.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

EVENT TICKETS

Booking Id’s generated only through BeatCurry.com shall be considered by us as a valid Booking Id.

Ensure the personal details entered including the card details are accurate. Booking Id’s once generated cannot be cancelled/refunded/exchanged.

Tickets purchased online on BeatCurry.com cannot be cancelled via an offline mode either being the box-office or stores.

Cancellation only covers the ticket and food and beverages booked, any additional amount like commission, convenience fee & cancellation protect fees including GST on the same will not be refunded.

Ensure the Booking Id’s are kept safe and always in your or such person’s possession who is considered as your authorized/rightful holder of the same. Anybody in possession of the Booking Id shall be entitled to get the same exchanged for a valid Ticket without further security checks on the title of such holder.

Ensure that the Booking Id’s are not compromised or resold.

Do not entertain any person who sells print outs or sms of Booking Id’s generated by us. If you come across any person undertaking such activity, immediately report the same to the local police station and to us at hello@beatcurry.com

We never sell a Ticket at a price higher than the price mentioned in our website.

We will never ask for your Personal Identification Number (PIN) details over the phone or through any means except through the transaction page on the website when you book online.

Do not encourage any persons posing as our authorised representative/agent trying to sell you special offer voucher/gift vouchers/physically printed booking id’s / vouchers / coupon codes etc. Report the same immediately to us at hello@beatcurry.com

Booking Id’s generated by us entitles the holder to exchange it for a valid Ticket. The same does not constitute a valid Ticket in itself. We will never sell you Booking Id’s as Tickets.

Booking Id’s generated entitled the holder thereof to a valid ticket. It is your responsibility to ensure that the holder is the rightful holder of the same. Do not compromise or misuse the Booking ID’s.

BeatCurry is a ticketing platform and sells tickets on behalf of Event Organisers and therefore has no control over its availability, offers, and pricing. If the Event Organiser announces any offer for the Event, such an offer will not apply to the tickets purchased before the announcement of the offer.

After the payment is complete, You will receive a confirmation page or email that must be shown at the event venue to redeem Your tickets.

ANY TICKET PURCHASED THROUGH THE BEATCURRY PLATFORM IS MEANT SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR PERSONAL USE BY THE PERSON IN WHOSE NAME THE TICKET HAS BEEN ISSUED. TICKETS ARE NOT A TRANSFERABLE PROPERTY AND CANNOT BE RESOLD, TRANSFERRED OR CONVEYED TO ANY PERSON UNLESS PRIOR WRITTEN AND EXPRESS PERMISSION HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY THE EVENT ORGANIZER. ANY PERSON FOUND ABUSING TICKETS FOR PERSONAL GAIN OR FOR COMMERCIAL USE SHALL BE LIABLE TO SUITABLE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO BLACK MARKETING AND FINANCIAL & CRIMINAL FRAUD.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the source account used for payment at the time of booking.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank / credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@beatcurry.com

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: BeatCurry Media Pvt. Ltd.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
