A Star-Studded Lineup
The festival has revealed an impressive lineup featuring some of the biggest names in the music industry. Leading the charge are Australian house sensation Dom Dolla, Colombian reggaeton star Feid, Canadian genre-blender Kaytranada, and the enigmatic French producer Gesaffelstein. Hard techno fans can look forward to a thrilling performance by Sara Landry.
Beyond these headliners, the lineup boasts a variety of artists from different musical backgrounds, including Marlon Hoffstadt, Crankdat, The Blessed Madonna, Loco Dice, James Hype, Deorro, I Hate Models, and Gordo. Notable back-to-back sets include Tape B B2B Mersiv, Walker & Royce B2B VNSSA, and Adam Ten B2B Mita Gami. Dancehall legend Sean Paul and hip-hop icon Juvenile will also bring their signature sounds to the stage, ensuring a dynamic and diverse musical experience.
A Festival Rooted in History
HARD Summer first launched in 2008 and has since evolved into one of the most prominent electronic music festivals in the United States. Originally held at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino for over a decade, the festival faced logistical challenges when it moved to downtown Los Angeles in 2023. To address these concerns, organizers relocated the event to Hollywood Park in 2024, where it has since flourished.
Hollywood Park: The Ultimate Festival Venue
With its expansive space and state-of-the-art facilities, Hollywood Park has proven to be the ideal home for HARD Summer. The venue offers an immersive festival experience with innovative activations, interactive features, and ample room for attendees to enjoy performances across multiple stages. However, following last year’s event, local residents voiced concerns over noise levels. In response, city officials and festival organizers have implemented sound mitigation strategies, including enhanced monitoring plans and strategically placed sound engineers to adjust levels in real time.
Community Engagement and Local Partnerships
HARD Summer remains committed to fostering positive relationships with the local community through its “Pre-Game” initiative. This program partners with local businesses to bring a taste of Los Angeles into the festival grounds. Past collaborations have included popular establishments like Randy’s Donuts, Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles, Sweet Red Peach, Sunday Gravy, and Carnitas El Artista. Local businesses interested in participating in this year’s edition can apply for partnership opportunities.
