HOW TO GET TICKETS
Tickets for the Ahmedabad concert will go on sale on November 16, 2024, at 12 PM IST on BookMyShow. To increase fairness and prevent scalping, BookMyShow will be implementing a virtual queue system. Here’s how it works:
-Enter the Waiting Room: Join the virtual waiting room between 11 AM and 11:59 AM on November 16th
-Randomized Queue: Once the sale starts at 12 PM, you’ll be assigned a random position in the queue.
-Ticket Purchase: When it’s your turn, you’ll have 4 minutes to select your tickets and complete the purchase.
As per Coldplay’s official website, “The ticket booking process will feature a virtual queue with a waiting room, where fans will be allocated queue positions through an automated queue randomisation system, when the sale goes live. The band will also make a limited number of Infinity Tickets available for the shows at 12pm local time on Friday, 22 November via BookMyShow. They will cost the local currency equivalent of €20 per ticket and must be bought in pairs.”
TICKET PRICES
While the exact ticket prices for the Ahmedabad concert haven’t been officially announced yet, we can expect them to be similar to the Mumbai shows. Based on previous information, ticket prices for the Mumbai concerts ranged from ₹2,500 to ₹35,000.
A NOTE ON SCALPING
