Coldplay Rocks Europe: ‘Music Of The Spheres’ Extended Tour Dates Announced

Coldplay is extending their highly successful ‘Music of the Spheres Tour’ into the summer of 2024, announcing a new set of European dates. The tour will include their debut performances in Greece, Romania, and Finland, adding to the excitement for fans across the continent.

The British band achieved a significant milestone during their ongoing Music of the Spheres world tour, becoming only the second artist in history to reach a half-billion double-up in the top 10 of the all-time highest-grossing tours on Billboard Boxscore. Their tour’s earnings have already surpassed $550 million, and they show no signs of slowing down.

Following their sold-out summer 2023 European stadium dates, Coldplay will return for a third round of European shows scheduled for June, July, and August of 2024. The upcoming concerts will mark their first-ever performances in Greece, Romania, and Finland. Additionally, the tour will take them back to Rome for the first time since 2003 and Budapest since 2008.

Known for their awe-inspiring live shows and forward-thinking green initiatives, the Music of the Spheres tour commenced in March 2022 in Costa Rica. Since then, they have sold over 7.5 million tickets, showcasing their immense popularity and drawing fans from all corners of the world.

Fans eager to catch Coldplay in action can register for first access to the presale of the new shows starting on Tuesday, July 25. The presale will kick off at 9 a.m. local time in Athens, Bucharest, Budapest, Lyon, Rome, and Helsinki, and at 10 a.m. local time in Dusseldorf, Munich, Vienna, and Dublin. For those without presale access, the general on-sale will begin on July 28 at 10 a.m. local time for all cities.

Before their 2024 European leg, the Music of the Spheres tour will resume with a run of North American dates in September and October. They will then head to Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, Australia, and Malaysia for November shows, followed by performances in Manila and Singapore in January 2024, and Bangkok in February.
