A star-studded benefit concert, FireAid, is taking place on January 30th to support the victims of the devastating wildfires that ravaged Los Angeles. The event, initially planned for the Intuit Dome, has expanded to include the Kia Forum due to the overwhelming response from artists and the public.
FireAid promises an evening of music and solidarity, featuring a powerhouse lineup that includes Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, Olivia Rodrigo, No Doubt, Katy Perry, Jelly Roll, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and many more. Additionally, legendary acts like Stevie Wonder, The Black Crowes, and Earth, Wind & Fire have joined the cause. This unprecedented collaboration between artists highlights the music industry’s commitment to helping Los Angeles rebuild.
Proceeds from the concert will go towards a 501(c)(3) organization specifically created for this event. The funds will be used for rebuilding infrastructure, supporting displaced families, and developing advanced fire prevention strategies to safeguard Los Angeles from future disasters. The concert is being produced by Shelli and Irving Azoff, along with their family, in collaboration with Live Nation and AEG Presents.
