66 Shows & Non-Stop Stamina! This Secret Fact Of Taylor Will Shock You!

An unexpected revelation awaits those who were already breathless after simply watching the concert film on the big screen. Ever pondered the secret behind Taylor Swift’s superhuman ability to belt out tunes and dance her heart out for three hours, across a staggering 66 shows during her epic Eras Tour? Well, wonder no longer! The queen herself has unveiled the truth to her devoted Swifties, and brace yourselves, because it’s a bombshell you won’t see coming!

The opening act, known for her free-wheeling past tour experiences, quipped that her routine used to resemble that of a college fraternity brother. However, she then divulged a surprising truth: her preparation for the Eras Tour commenced a full six months before the opening night in Glendale, Arizona, back in March 2023.

With excerpts from the Time Magazine, the Nashville singer confessed the grueling preparation behind her stamina for the 3-hour show. “It was harder than anything I’d ever done before by a long shot.” she acknowledged, revealing the secrets that fueled her remarkable endurance.

“Every day I would run on the treadmill, singing the entire set list out loud. Fast for fast songs, and a jog or a fast walk for slow songs,” she revealed, further adding, “…Then I had three months of dance training, because I wanted to get it in my bones,” she said. “I wanted to be so over-rehearsed that I could be silly with the fans, and not lose my train of thought.” such was her determination, energy and the thought behind her craft, even to the extent of creating a personalized workout regimen to complement her vocal training. Swift confessed that learning choreography has never been her forte, but thanks to the guidance of Mandy Moore, a choreographer recommended by her friend Emma Stone (who collaborated with Moore on La La Land), she conquered even that challenge.

Swift had also given up drinking while working on the tour-aside from a boozy and “hilarious” night at the 2023 Grammys, adding, “Doing that show with a hangover … I don’t want to know that world.” On being asked on how she chooses to recover from such exhausting schedules, she adds, “I do not leave my bed except to get food and take it back to my bed and eat it there,” she told the publication. “It’s a dream scenario. I can barely speak, because I’ve been singing for three shows straight. Every time I take a step, my feet go crunch, crunch, crunch from dancing in heels.”
